Rooted in our Earlsdon allotment and garden, we grow and cook in rhythm with the seasons. Inspired by Italian food philosophy and grounded in organic growing practices, every dish we serve begins with the freshest ingredients — selected for quality, provenance, and flavour.

Our journey started in Tuscany, and we brought back an obsession with growing the finest ingredients to our Earlsdon allotment and added our own desire for innovation, creating a truly unique dining experience.
